 Eligibility Criteria;

  • Minimum 12th Pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Fresher–3 years in retail, FMCG, distribution, or sales

  • Strong communication & people-handling skills

  • Must have valid driving license and two-wheeler preferred

  • Comfortable with Kashmiri, Urdu & Hindi

  • Basic smartphone handling & WhatsApp communication

  • Honest, punctual, hardworking & eager to grow

  • Based in Kashmir or willing to relocate

Salary & Benefits;

  • Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹18,000

Job Responsibilities;

  • Visit 15–25 retail shops daily

  • Take orders & ensure regular repeat orders

  • Manage stock availability & display

  • Onboard new retail outlets (10–20 weekly)

  • Maintain strong retailer relationships

  • Educate retailers about Valley Bazaar’s purity, product benefits & pricing

  • Share daily visit/reporting updates with the operations team

  • Monitor competitor activity in the market

  • Coordinate with warehouse & logistics for timely deliveries
